What are the best aspects of this product?
We changed to LiveAgent from ZenDesk primarily because ZenDesk was dragging down our website PSI scores too much. But the best part is that LiveAgent is even cheaper!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The user interface could be nicer -- Not as many customization options to the design.

More customization, more insight into where chat visitors are coming from.
