What are the best aspects of this product?
Short learning curve, robust features, ability to create tickets. We have an online furniture store and we use this software to communicate with customers in real time, answer questions, etc. The interface shows us who is shopping, what part of the country they're from, what page they're viewing on our site, etc. Highly recommend.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We haven't had any problems with this software. It is exactly as described.
