Great live support software!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to set up - great knowledge base setup and page - great widgets to add to websites

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't like that I have to visit a web page to 'log in' to be active - would like an app that could run at startup

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

see above - an app or widget that will run and log me into being live in the system

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ability to have live help on every webpage to help customers and prospects with any questions!
