What are the best aspects of this product?

As administrator I'm very keen on the reports and analytics provided. Also like a lot the possibility to change icon's and how easy is to implement.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like the possibility to have more freedom for the chat icons to placed exactly where our design team would like to see them inside our platform.

More reports and analytics.
