What are the best aspects of this product?
Live Agent is very easy to use and navigate. Very simple to set up. It has a nice, easy design. I like that it is affordable and very easy to understand when setting up and using. We have been able to respond quickly to customers and have had questions and comments come in using this product that the client may not have been willing to call and ask.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Have no complaints. At the moment I have nothing that I would change.
