What are the best aspects of this product?

making custom forms so i can add one to a post checkout, for users to complete and give me the informaiton i need to get started.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

logs you out all the time for non activity, so no way to keep livechat online all day without taking up time (for a new biz with little activity)

keep livechat logged in
