What are the best aspects of this product?

The flexibility is excellent. It was simple to develop the landing page for the users, and the designs are just fantastic.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We reported a bug to the developers after discovering it. The bug was fixed, however it took a few days.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The ability to assign tickets to agents and the ability to create custom categories and filters, which improve work organization. You may also integrate several tickets into one to improve communication and postpone your tickets so that you are reminded about the unfinished work duties later.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It had handled our email management program, which was actually easy to use and frequently updated. It also resolved a problem regarding managing a shared inbox used by several employees. Best product!!
