What are the best aspects of this product?
LiveAgent made it easy to collect all customer tickets in one place. I liked that it gave us many options to organize tasks and easily prioritize responses. The service bots are powerful and enable us to address all potential customer inquiries.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's nothing I don't like; I'm very satisfied with all of LiveAgent's features. It's great to see more customization options for the dashboards.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
The LiveAgent team is constantly delivering exciting updates that simplify tasks, and I expect them to integrate more AI tools in the future that will take customer service to the next level.
