Transferring tickets with ease, adding tabs and organizing tickets from customers has been extremely helpful.

Nothing problematic, sometimes the processing of the page is a little laggy, but nothing major.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
None I can think of.

Live Agent has saved our customer experience! We are able to respond to customers effectively and efficiently. With our other platform, we had experiences where tickets were being lost and we couldn't organize tickets well enough to make sure everyone was responded to. Now, nobody is missed and everything is seamless.
