What are the best aspects of this product?
We used Zendesk before and I'm can tell that Live Agent is faster, cleaner and more easy to use.
In Zendesk, you need to refresh page every time, to see new tickets, and also, they automation is very confusing and if you do anything wrong (you do, trust me), Zendesk will send daily mails to yours customers.
Now, with Live Agent, automation is too easy and powerful. All triggers are clear.
Also, Live Agent Self-Hosted is amazing fast and stable (never see a downtime).

No problems until now.
