What are the best aspects of this product?
Liveagent provides an exceptional interface which is really easy to use, furthermore it has a load of features. My favorite features would be the tagging system. Client can rate our agents (reward or rebuke), you can track the statistics, you can turn off chats when needed. It has even a "Pause" mode :)
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The issues could be handled sooner, however, overall it is fine :)
