What are the best aspects of this product?

It is very intuitive and its easy how to learn to use it.

The communicatios chanels are super efective and the way you can charge and organize your information as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At the moment the funcionality is perfect, I dont have find anything problematic

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Maybe add whatsapp, and social media, they very important sales nowadays
