What are the best aspects of this product?
Is very easy to use, you have everything you need there. You can call/chat to your coworkers if you need of someone (the software register everything), also you have all your social medias (facebook, instagram, web site, mails) there in the same place. Is very useful in our work. Our costumers can call us and the we can answer through the LiveAgent.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
For me everything is good, very user friendly.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I can't call our costumer through the software, if in the future I cant do that will be amazing.
