What are the best aspects of this product?

easy setup - chat buttons integration was piece of cake
many features (we\'re using mainly live chat and call center)
unlimited number of chat buttons - we placed different buttons on multiple websites
ability to chat and answer tickets simultaneously
detailed reports and statistics - can be filtered

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

design of interface - looks quite old-fashioned
it would be nice to have more themes to choose from
