What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that data, tickets, and departments can be divided with LiveAgent. All of them are organized and can be labeled for better access and identification. The call center system is instigated well in the app ad this functionality helps us connect with customers in an instant, allowing us to discuss solutions for their concerns and possibly, establish a better and expanded customer base.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes time for us to understand how the Call Center and ticket systems work due to different functions the platform contains. You really need to take time in order to learn its functions. However, the Help Desk is quite amazing when it comes to addressing and solving my issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

LiveAgent gives us the ability not only to connect with customers but also get answers and solutions whenever something isn’t clear for us. Its interface is good, and its price is very reasonable. It contains all the needed tools to helps people with their needs.
