What are the best aspects of this product?
LiveAgent offers great options and features in order to provide great customer support. Within the software you can find automation options, departments, predefines and many other features. I like that it supports plain text and HTML emails, live chat calls. I like its design and the ability to keep everything organized. We get positive feedback from our clients and customers, we are able to send questionnaires via HTML format emails. With the automation we are able to send out emails and notifications quickly. And I often use its mobile app.

Sometimes it can be slow when running on less powerful devices. And you’re going to need some time in order to learn how this program works.

The best thing about this software is the fact that no client is left behind because there are great tools and features for converting live-chats into tickets.
