What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is easy to use and it provides everything you need, if you run into some issues or misunderstanding you can always ask their customer service. I like that there are lot of reports and we know what time the clients are more likely to keep in touch with us or what time they are more likely to send us a ticket.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It misses some reports such as the access of the clients and sending tickets. I’d like to see this because I want to know whether to offer something to our customers (onboarding walkthrough or so).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We hold marketing automation platform, and this tool helps us to provide better opportunity to our clients and to sell more of our products, we are able to engage with our customers and to increase the profit. They can always contact us without a problem. LiveAgent helps us to improve the communication issues.
