What are the best aspects of this product?

It can hold multiple brands withing 1 program. Witch was the problem that LiveAgent solved for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Connecting to the SMTP could be a bit easier.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We would like to see an Win10 desktop app.

1 copany - 5 brands.
before we needed 5 diffrent solution for our helpdesk, not anymore!
