What are the best aspects of this product?
LiveAgent is extremely user friendly, it provides ease of communication for not only the agent but for customers as well. Documents can be uploaded via Support Ticket or Chat which is helpful when needing to assist a user with an error/difficult process.
Easy to use panels, can transfer work to co-workers or management as needed without delay!
Dashboard makes it extremely stress free when tracking work and online time for all agents who are currently using the LiveAgent system.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Would like an e-mail notification when yearly subscription is due.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A Translation feature would be nice in order to translate member/agent and Agent/member if need be.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The LiveChat feature was extremely helpful to our company as it enabled us to assist many members in a short amount of time, as quickly as possible, espeically our members who do not speak English. They felt more confortable and taken care of while on LiveChat.
