What are the best aspects of this product?

We use LiveAgent to help us qualify chat respondents on our website and convert them into qualified sales leads. As a niche supplier of high end building extensions to the top end of the market, this initial lead qualification is vital to us. We like LiveAgent's excellent functionality and customisable features enable us to deliver an on-brand service to our prospective customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Our experience has been nothing but positive - the only suggestion for improvement would be a longer initial free trial period to allow for more testing.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better integration of Google Maps...

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Qualification of initial enquiries has been a huge benefit, in part because we are gaining greater engagement with respondents compared to our previous chat solution. We have also improved our site loading speed, after we identified an issue with ZenDesk...
