What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that LiveAgent helps us connect with customers in an instant, which is a big advantage to improve our sales. The platform can be integrated with online stores as well. It is also easy-to-use for both our employees and customers, making it a perfect tool for everyone, even to users without prior IT knowledge.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that chat notifications are a bit obscure. Also, the provided customers’ location doesn’t seem correct.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Whatever issues our customers encountered with our website are solved with LiveAgent. Our sales also improved because of their help. Our leads and their quality have dramatically increased. It gives us the ability to connect with customers fast, which is a great advantage for our business.
