What are the best aspects of this product?

Just an extremely user-friendly product, which is simple to use for a COO that is not technologically proficient like myself.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have been using LA for almost a year and have yet to find a negative.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Really none. We've never been in a situation where we've needed an upgrade or add on.

Various CS problems with Team Members & Subscribers
