What are the best aspects of this product?

All in one tool to run an Online Business. I have been using Email and Chat feature. Call feature also available.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You can provide great Customer service with the help of LiveAgent.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

If they can work on UI, that would be great for sure.
