Customer support is so much easier to provide now. We’ve been able to handle customer queries better.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can’t think of any complaints right now. It could stand to benefit from more integrations, but other than this, this is a really excellent tool.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We don’t have to assign so many people in customer support anymore. With the bulk of the tasks automated, not only can we better respond to customers, but we’ve also been able to delegate our personnel towards other aspects of the business too.
