All tickets and chats are managed from a single location with an all-encompassing solution and a global inbox.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The interface does need a slight bit of work, but otherwise it's possible to work around it.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A more intuitive interface.

Before making the switch, we suffered from severe communication issues. Now, those issues are but a thing of the past.
