Fast and effective support, scalable features and easy-to-use on a daily basis.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Android app could be designed better

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Department based SLA's/Instant messages would be cool. We use several departments for specific languages and it would be great to show only SLA's for that specific language.

Actually the whole ticketing process, live-chat and our support are running with Ladesk
