What are the best aspects of this product?

Amazing! Does everthing what we needed to get our customer communication on top level and it's very easy to learn and implement. Huge variety of integrations, functions and outstanding customer service that was always helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It could use more themes to enhance UX and UI.
