What are the best aspects of this product?
The best part of this tool is that this allows you to manage your customers and help them from a single dashboard and all details and data are always available in the cloud.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The part where we have an android app to have 24x7 access to the portal can be improved as the app does not meet the latest trends and design.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
The ability to add a list of customer email lists and start a marketing campaign from within these tools instead of relying on other email list software would be a great deal.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were always tensed and troubled with tons of emails and calls from our clients who were having issues. We could get back to them and our follow up mechanism was just garbage. Now we do not miss following up with our client's problems be it over a call or even email or just a comment on any social media post.
