What are the best aspects of this product?

Not only is this a simple platform to use, but it is also quite inexpensive. It can be customized to match the look and feel of your website. The powered by the LA logo doesn't seem overbearing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Only the most expensive models, many of which you might not require, have a connection to social media, but if you want to add any of them individually, they are expensive.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Ability to capture website visitors as they are there. Most people's purchasing reasoning is done on impulse. If you can address their questions quickly, you convert them much easier.
