What are the best aspects of this product?
For its price-point, this tool really packs a punch. It’s important to always keep lines of communication with your client important, and LiveAgent has really helped our company in this regard. We have been able to set this up on our Wordpress site, and everything seems to be running smoothly so far.

It takes quite long to set up each communication channel. Other than this, I have no other major issues.
