What are the best aspects of this product?

We’ve been using LiveAgent for years, and it is a great addition to our business tools. As a team of professional that focuses on supporting customers and solves their issues, this software brings multiple benefits to make our process efficient and effective. It is easy to use, and it comes with so many features that other software don’t have.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that I need to buy and install an SSL certificate annually so I can use LiveAgent. This issue is not directly about the software, but doing this every year makes our business process a lot complicated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a company that receives multiple calls a day from customers who ask for service quotes, having LiveAgent in our business is a big help. We are able to answer questions and concerns of customers in an instant with its help, which is a real advantage for increasing leads and potentially, our sales.
