What are the best aspects of this product?
The best thing is the live chat features. It's easy to set up bots and connect them to all pages. It's great that they're easy to update to automatically respond to all anticipated inquiries. I like that LiveAgent is very affordable.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are no bugs affecting the service, but some reports are incomprehensible.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Further development of the LiveAgent mobile app so we can automate all functions using it.
