What are the best aspects of this product?
I love that I am able to customize the product the chat widget to match my company colors and website.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like for their to be more options of styles of the widget as far as there being more fonts to choose from.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I feel that the dashboard could be more colorful to lift up your mood as someone working on the dashboard. Hopefully this will be a feature brought to the dashboard soon.

Being able to provide my clients and potential clients with tech support from my website and also give them a chat to chat with us in a timely manner.
