What are the best aspects of this product?

This is the perfect tool for beginners. I had no idea where to start in creating a business plan, but LivePlan was able to set me off in the right direction.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The initial plan that I subscribed to had been a little pricey. Although I do love that when I decided to downgrade, they allowed me to keep all of my data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I didn't think that I'd be able to start a business, much less create a business plan on my own. However, LivePlan walked me through every step of the way, from computing my budget and getting a forecast for my earnings.
