LogMeIn is an extremely user-friendly solution for accessing and managing machines in a remote location. It also provides options for categorizing the machines we handle.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We hope the software's One2Many capability would improve. We also hope the software would work better with MacOS.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

LogMeIn provides a single space for us to manage our entire work environment. It simplifies a number of our tasks and allows us to easily come up with comprehensive reports.
