This eliminates the need to be physically present when providing technical support to our coworkers. It allows me to assess the problems remotely and communicate what needs to be done to the person who needs help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The copy and paste feature does not work properly at times and needs some improvements.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

LogMeIn Central is an effective and secure remote access solution. We have tried other solutions and this one is the best so far, especially for OS management. We like that it allows users to set their own passwords and control time settings.
