What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is cost-friendly and easy to configure and deploy. It also comes with several helpful integrations. We were tasked to come up with a WFH solution and this is the best that we found. Overall, it has been working wonders for our company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing. Our experience with LogMeIn continues to be trouble-free.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has been quite very useful for setting up an environment for our employees at home that is similar to the one we have in our office. Our IT specialists are able to support them through this software.
