What are the best aspects of this product?
LogMeIn enables me to access all the systems that I need. It is equipped with capabilities that are helpful for deployment processes, reporting, and software update management. As IT professionals, this allows us to provide support to our coworkers in remote setups.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are frequent changes to their subscription plans. We need some consistency in pricing for this to work better for us. We would also prefer it if pricing would be based on the exact number of devices.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We like that we can access and manage everything from a single platform. We find it very useful during the times when we provide support and training. It has served us well when we needed to transition into work-from-home setups due to pandemic.
