This software beats its competitors in terms of user-friendliness. It allows us to conduct training sessions and provide assistance to our coworkers with ease. We love that it works well for mobile devices as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We are excited about the development of its beta remote viewer and other remote-access features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to LogMeIn, we were able to efficiently transition into a remote setup when the pandemic started. Most of our coworkers have had no previous experience with working remotely and this software made things easier for them. It also helped our support team and department heads with performing their work.
