Ideal for remote work

What are the best aspects of this product?

Our administrators use this for remote access to our machines. They love being able to check on the systems and work without having to interrupt the users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

LogMeIn can't be used simultaneously with MS Remote Desktop. Its performance is also less than ideal when two users are accessing the same machine at the same time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Because we already had this system in place when the pandemic started, transitioning into work-from-home setups has been relatively easier for us. The whole process has been very smooth.
