What are the best aspects of this product?

This cost-friendly solution gives us access to all the necessary functions in our system. We have found ways to maximize the benefits we get from using this system and it works really well for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would work for us even better if initial setups could be done remotely. We also would love it more if the platform would become more fit for collaborative work. For instance, it would be better if several people can access a single system at the same time. Lastly, we would appreciate an up-to-date patch management feature.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We trust LogMeIn for accessing devices and providing support to our users remotely. We love its centralized design.
