What are the best aspects of this product?

It lets me access my computer in the office remotely, which is helpful in printing, editing, or changing files from anywhere. It also allows me to open our company’s billing platform similarly. This helps do my job even if I’m not physically present in the workplace.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are moments when I notice the platform going slow. Although, I am not sure if it is because of LogMeIn errors, or if it’s because of some other technical problems with my device.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A great and dependable way to link my home and office computers remotely together. It helps me do office work efficiently from home, such as handling company credits and charges, as well as printing some documents when needed.
