It allows convenient access to different computers using unique designated codes, and it supports the efficient sharing of documents and remote use. It smoothly runs on any PC or mobile operating system too, such as Windows, iOS, Linux, and Android. Moreover, it offers useful features for better workflow such as the option that lets us create operating groups. And it also has a high-quality video display where we can monitor any computer it connects with.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

All verification processes in the platform demand that you sign-in to your email address which is a bit inconvenient for me. It is also a hassle to prepare files for sharing because it requires you to tweak some options. Thing is, most options aren’t really needed for the process.

LogMeIn is useful for providing technical support to different computer personnel we have who are located in far areas apart. It also boosts our communication with each other, which is wonderful for improving our work relationships. Moreover, it is super easy and smooth to learn and use. We didn’t even have to get some training courses to use the platform.
