PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It features all we need for remote work such as command prompt support, sharing files, and rebooting among many other options. The screen sharing feature, for example, is super useful for training all our old and new personnel. It is perfect for communicating with service providers and clients too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are rare occasions when LogMeIn suddenly disconnects one or a few of our computers on the remote links. Then, it takes a long time to refresh the connections as well. So, when one or some computers suddenly disconnect, for example, some of our staff complain about such units being online. We need to manually refresh the system for such units to show. On a side note, the LogMeIn app doesn’t allow us to change operation groups.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Quick, easy to use, and provides reliable security especially when used with Google Authorization’s 2-factor process. Also, it lets us use the command prompt, which is especially helpful when we cannot leverage the PowerShell.
