Trustworthy when it’s about remote connection

What are the best aspects of this product?

It works efficiently for remotely connecting our company computer with my own home PC. And now, it has made it easier with the new feature of staying logged in. I don’t need to sign-in each time I wish to connect anymore.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times when the connection becomes slow or completely fails, but it could be caused by my own computer or my server. Also, I cannot remotely print files these days, even if it was easy to do using LogMeIn before.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The best solution for establishing an efficient and useful remote connection between our office PC and my own home computer. It allows me to work without unneeded hassles and interruptions.
