What are the best aspects of this product?

I am using the platform daily and it never falls short of the expectation. It has helped our support team as well as developers determine crucial issues before they happen and cause serious troubles, monitor applications, and do necessary troubleshooting steps. We are also able to shorten root cause analysis of our issues to a minimum. So far, this ELK platform is one of the logging as well as product monitoring product I had ever use.

I don’t find any negative thing about the software.
