Its incredible features and tools such as the log analysis have helped lessen the burden of our DevOps and developers. Generally, it is one of the best tools for monitoring logs and building a sustainable infrastructure on the cloud.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform’s log analysis takes too much memory space. It even hangs sometimes. Aside from that, the pricing plan can also be an issue. The cost of all the tools is quite high. Their price starts at around $300 a month with limited features. If you want to access more tools, you have to pay more. It would be nice if the price will be lower so everyone will be able to experience and benefit from the software.
