What are the best aspects of this product?

This platform has made production monitoring way easier than before. With the combination of Kibana, Alerts, and ElastichSearch, we can send logs in a breeze and effortlessly visualize and create alerts in case a problem arises. Since we always get notifications whenever glitches occur, we can take appropriate actions immediately. Apart from that, setting up the system is easy and their support team is very responsive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The exception message is big and may take up much space in the daily storage. So whenever this type of message has been raised (happens when the information being sent are not being properly stored or passed in the elastic search), I think it would be better to not store them as normal messages.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can monitor our production environments seamlessly and easily.
