What are the best aspects of this product?

We were using a different software before and can say that Loomly is so much better. It is cost-friendly and very easy to use. It enables us to post on several social media accounts and gives us guides on editing posts to match platform specifications better. It is equipped with awesome features for scheduling, tagging, and analytics. It also has a Zapier integration which works very well for posting on IG.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We'd appreciate if Twitter impressions would be accessible through this software. It also would be better if we could get data on how they come up with analytics reports. However, we understand that only the social media platforms that we use can provide us with this data and not Loomly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is very useful for crafting posts as it has features for tagging, inserting emojis, and editing pictures. It has also made scheduling events and managing social media accounts a lot easier for us.
