What are the best aspects of this product?

This platform makes our planning and approval processes easier. It enables us to easily submit our work and gives us options to limit accessibility to a particular audience. We love its hashtag collection and tagging features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The chat feature is not useful and the platform would be better without it. Our visuals don't appear as well as we'd like on the calendar feature. We hope this would be fixed so we don't need to view the actual post every time we need it. We also hope there would be additional features to make mass scheduling easier.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We love that the analytics features can be found next to the post itself so its easier for us to monitor its reach. We also love the scheduling features which make it easier for us to plot our marketing efforts. Lastly, we love that Loomly helps us reach the right audience with its post targeting features.
